All meals and included activities at the offsite are fully covered by ESR. Personal expenses such as the spa, mini-bar, room service, or additional purchases at the ferry terminals are not covered. The hotel accepts major credit cards, but if you wish to bring cash for tips or personal expenses, you may bring Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) — there is an exchange desk at the Singapore Cruise Centre (Harbourfront). Upon our return to Singapore, if your team will be arranging your own transport from Singapore Cruise Centre (Harbourfront) to the airport directly, please retain the taxi receipts and submit via the standard expense process.

ESR will cover your hotel accommodation in Singapore for the night of 26 August, and on Nirup Island for the night of 27 August. Any additional nights before or after these dates will be at your own cost.

Yes — unlike air travel, there's no strict limit on liquids for the ferry crossing itself. However, since this route clears immigration and customs on both the Singapore and Indonesia sides, please keep liquids to reasonable personal quantities (e.g. water bottles, toiletries) and be prepared to declare any duty-free purchases.

Each passenger may bring 1 hand-carry bag up to 10kg and 1 checked-in luggage up to 20kg.

Yes, but please ensure all valuables and any items you need for the Day 1 breakout sessions are with you in your hand-carry. Do not pack these in your luggage. The Westin will bring all luggages from the Nirup Island Marina separately, and you won't be reunited with your luggage until 3.30pm WIB.
